After working in the medical field as a registered nurse for years, Teri followed her passion for real estate and started her career in Pepper Pike, Ohio in 1991.  The love of skiing and the beauty of the mountains drew Teri to Vail. She watched Vail grow from a small ski Village in the early 70’s, to the magnificent world-class international resort it is today, first as a visitor, then as a second homeowner and finally as a full time resident for the last 25 years.

As part of the Vail Valley Team at Engel & Volkers, she is a service champion and believes that every client, at every price point, deserves the same level of detailed attention to buy and sell their homes in the Vail Valley.   With a commitment to excellence, inventory knowledge, and negotiating experience, Teri turns wishes into reality by providing expert care far beyond the sale.

Teri works with buyers, sellers and real estate agents, locally, nationally and internationally, with a world class approach to service, marketing, and international connections.  Her passion is to connect Buyers with Vail properties and work in their best interests, cater to their specific needs, and help make Vail their "home or home away from home."  She provides Sellers with professional dedicated service to obtain the highest and best price when selling their home in the Vail Valley.

Listening, creating a plan of action, setting goals are skills Teri learned in the medical field and are used daily is advising real estate clients. She understands the importance of confidentiality, communication and consideration of each buyer and seller's needs. Teri helped deliver babies and now delivers keys to new homeowners, bringing joy and smiles to all.

Teri’s association with her clients extends far beyond buying or selling a home, it is more about welcoming buyers to a new community being a resource, and staying in touch with sellers through lasting relationships.

Teri has volunteered for 9 News Health fair, Hospice, Habitat for Humanity, Cancer fundraising, Colorado Women's Foundation, the Resource Center of Eagle County, Ski with a buddy Special Olympics,  Rotary, and the Alzheimer Association.  She enjoys skiing, hiking, gardening, and attending musical and cultural events.
