I am a husband, a father, a grand-father, a Realtor, a community volunteer, a skier, a golfer and a world-traveler. I love a good book, a great meal, like to cook and enjoy my down time! I love watching football and any good sports competition! I live in Edwards, Colorado, just outside of Vail with my wife, Sandi. In my spare time, I've served as a Director on the Eagle Valley Land Trust and on the Board of Directors and President of a few different Home-Owners Associations. As a member (and Past President) of the Vail Rotary Club since 1984, I work on projects benefiting our local, national and international communities!

I've served on the Board of our Church as Chair of the Building and Ground's Committee and have served with many other non-profit entities in the Vail Valley. I've been licensed since 1976 and have sold real estate out of Lionshead since 1983. I'm a Past President of the Vail Board of Realtors (VBOR) and recipient of the VBOR Realtor of the Year Award, recognizing commitment to the community, professionalism and service to the organization.

I've built a home and bought and sold several. I believe in the American Dream of home ownership. To that end, I work diligently on my client's behalf with both Buyer and Seller representation in helping them navigate the real estate process. I'm a student of the local real estate market and know the current trends! I've been a homeowner in the Vail Valley since 1975 having lived in Vail, Eagle-Vail and now Edwards. I know the entire Vail Valley from East Vail to Gypsum with relationship to home ownership, education and quality of life. The Vail Valley is a special place, full of great people from all over the world! I'm proud to be part of it and would love to help you with your real estate needs!
