Who Gets the Money? Procuring Cause, Arbitration/Mediation Process and Best Practices. 

Designated Realtors® (Managing or Owner Brokers) are REQUIRED to complete two hours of Procuring Cause training once within a three-year cycle. The current three-year cycle is January 1, 2023 and will end Dec. 31, 2025.

Realtors earn 2 CE for attending. Course instructor is Tod Franklin (Teacher Tod). 

*This class will be a hybrid - hosted on-site and live on Zoom. 

Per DORA regulations, attendees who are over 10 minutes late may not be admitted for credit. 

*VBR reserves the right to change how a class is hosted, depending on the needs of the instructor, VBR staff, or any regulations.

This class is FREE for VBR members. Members will be charged $0 when registering but will be charged a "no-show fee" of $25 for the full class amount if they do not cancel the registration prior to class.
