Please note that this course is now ONLY lending and affordable housing. We will have an appraisal course at a future date. There is a change in the number of available CE credits. 

Instructors: Cris Nelson of Guaranteed Rate, and Kimberly Bell Williams of The Valley Home Store/ Eagle County Housing Department.

This course earns you three (3) Vail Pro Designation credits. Brokers earn two (2) CE credits with the Colorado Dept. of Regulatory Agencies (DORA).

Course topics include, but aren't limited to

• Understanding the Lending Process: Conventional Loans, USDA, FHA, qualifying, credit, and assets.
• Affordable Housing in Eagle County: Housing guidelines, deed restriction, Down Payment Assistance Loan Program.

11:30: Lunch available.
12:00: Lending/Mortgage
1:30 to 1:40: Break
1:40 to 3:00: Affordable Housing

This class will be hosted on-site at the VBR. Per DORA regulations, attendees who are over 10 minutes late may not be admitted for CE credit.
