Vail Pro Inspection & 4 Scary Words

This class will be hosted in the VBR classroom. 

Open to ALL VBR members, this is a Vail Pro Designation course that earns you 2 Vail Pro credits. It is also certified for 2 CE credits for Colorado Brokers with the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA).

Join us for a light breakfast and earn 2 CE credits. This course covers (but not limited to) the four scary words in inspection: Radon, Mold, Asbestos and Lead. Services provided by Inspectors – above and beyond the 4 scary words. Setting expectations for buyers and sellers. Timelines for an inspection and related tests.
