This class earns you one CE credit with the state and two Vail Pro Designation credits.  Immediately followed by "State of the Rivers" with Eagle River Coalition.

Water is a valuable resource in the west and in Colorado, and water rights in Colorado are unique when compared to other parts of the United States. Join us for an informative class on water rights with Attorney Bill Wombacher of Nazarenus Stack & Wombacher LLC. 

We'll learn about restrictions in geologically sensitive areas, property requirements, and technology available within the Town of Vail (including zoning, flood and wildfire mapping). We'll also hear about efforts to protect and improve water quality in our area, and receive a "State of the Rivers" update from Eagle River Coalition.
