Realtors® earn 2 CE for attending. Per DORA regulations, attendees who are over 10 minutes late may not be admitted for credit. Attendees who leave 10 or more minutes early may not receive credit. 

This class is FREE for VBR members. Members will be charged $0 when registering but will be charged a "no-show fee" of $25 for the full class amount if they do not cancel the registration prior to class.

If you feel unwell or sick, please stay home and do not attend.  Masks are optional in the classroom. If you choose not to wear a mask, please be mindful of those who do.  At this time, the VBR is limiting our in-person class sizes for safety. The heating system has been updated with a Global Plasma System (GPS) air purifying system that kills 99.4% of viruses, including the coronavirus.

No pets except certified service dogsVBR reserves the right to refuse entry for non-certified pets or emotional support animals, or to charge pet fees. Colorado does not provide legal protection or recognition for emotional support animals. We recognize that ESAs play an important role. However, handlers are only legally protected when it comes to housing.
