How to move leads from prospect to client. This class will give you tools to 'close' more buyers and sellers by looking at: Seven Step Buyer and Seller Cycle, Closing Techniques, Buyer Consult Preparation, Listing Appointment Preparation. 

Instructor is Travis Cox, REALTOR® and Broker with Keller Williams Mountain Properties. 

*This class will be hosted on-site at the VBR. 

Per DORA regulations, attendees who are over 10 minutes late may not be admitted for credit.

If you feel unwell or sick, please stay home and do not attend.  Masks are optional in the classroom. If you choose not to wear a mask, please be mindful of those who do.  At this time, the VBR is limiting our in-person class sizes for safety. The heating system has been updated with a Global Plasma System (GPS) air purifying system that kills 99.4% of viruses, including the coronavirus.

No pets except certified service dogs. VBR reserves the right to refuse entry for non-certified pets or emotional support animals, or to charge pet fees. Colorado does not provide legal protection or recognition for emotional support animals. We recognize that ESAs play an important role. However, handlers are only legally protected when it comes to housing.
