RSPS Resort & Second Home Property Specialist

This course offers 6 CE credits for Brokers and applies to the RSPS Designation. Realtors® with the VBR will also earn 8 Vail Pro Designation credits.

*This class will be hosted on-site in the VBR classroom. Registration includes breakfast, lunch, and class materials.

The Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS) certification is for REALTORS® who specialize in buying, selling, or management of properties for investment, development, retirement, or second homes in resort, recreational, and/or vacation destinations. The RSPS is also a qualifying benchmark course to earn the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) Designation.
