Redline Contracts - 4 CE

Description

Your instructor, Connie Tremblay, will discuss key changes to Colorado contracts, including any edits on the buyers' and sellers' sides. Note: This class is scheduled for four hours (4 CE). 

Per DORA regulations, attendees who are over 10 minutes late may not be admitted for credit.

Colorado Brokers earn 4 CE for attending.

This class will be hosted on-site at the VBR (Limited classroom depending on any COVID restrictions). 

This class is FREE for all VBR Realtor® and Appraiser members. Members will be charged $0 when registering but will be charged a "no-show fee" of $25 for the full class amount if they do not cancel the registration prior to class.
