Join instructor and broker Connie Tremblay for a comprehensive look at redline Colorado contracts.

This class will be hosted on-site.  Per DORA regulations, attendees who are over 10 minutes late may not be admitted for credit. 

Realtors earn 3 CE for attending. Course instructor is Connie Tremblay.

Designated Realtors® (Managing or Owner Brokers) are REQUIRED to complete Procuring Cause training once within a three-year cycle. The current three-year cycle is January 1, 2022 and will end Dec. 31, 2025.

This class is FREE for VBR members. Members will be charged $0 when registering but will be charged a "no-show fee" of $25 for the full class amount if they do not cancel the registration prior to class.
