Description

Instructor John Gillam will go through sections and changes to the 2024 Purchase Contract. The class includes breakfast and lunch. 

*This class will be hosted on-site (Limited classroom depending on any COVID restrictions).  

*VBR reserves the right to change how a class is hosted, depending on the needs of the instructor, VBR staff, or any regulations.

Realtors® earn 6 CE for attending. Per DORA regulations, attendees who are over 10 minutes late may not be admitted for credit. Attendees who leave 10 or more minutes early may not receive credit. 

This class is FREE for VBR members. Members will be charged $0 when registering but will be charged a "no-show fee" of $25 for the full class amount if they do not cancel the registration prior to class.
