Taught by Connie Tremblay, this class focuses on the 2024 changes to Colorado forms and contracts. Colorado Brokers earn 4 CE credits. 

*This class will be hosted on-site in the VBR classroom.

 Per DORA regulations, attendees who are over 10 minutes late may not be admitted for credit. 

*VBR reserves the right to change how a class is hosted, depending on the needs of the instructor, VBR staff, or any regulations.

This class is FREE for all VBR Realtor® and Appraiser members. Members will be charged $0 when registering but will be charged a "no-show fee" of $25 for the full class amount if they do not cancel the registration prior to class.
