Description

Taught by John Gillam, this 5 CE class meets BOTH the Code of Ethics requirement and the Fair Housing requirement for REALTORS and Appraisers.  Ethics and Fair Housing must be completed once every three years. The current cycle is January 1, 2025, through December 31, 2027.

*This class will be hosted on-site in the VBR classroom.

 Per DORA regulations, attendees who are over 10 minutes late may not be admitted for credit. 

*VBR reserves the right to change how a class is hosted, depending on the needs of the instructor, VBR staff, or any regulations.

This class is FREE for all VBR Realtor® and Appraiser members. Members will be charged $0 when registering but will be charged a "no-show fee" of $25 for the full class amount if they do not cancel the registration prior to class.
