Your instructor, Brieonna Aljets, will discuss key changes to Colorado contracts, including any edits on the buyers' and sellers' sides. 

Per DORA regulations, attendees who are over 10 minutes late may not be admitted for credit.

Colorado Brokers earn 3 CE for attending.

This class is FREE for all VBR Realtor® and Appraiser members. Members will be charged $0 when registering but will be charged a "no-show fee" of $25 for the full class amount if they do not cancel the registration prior to class.
