Take this course and learn about threats posed by naturally occurring health hazards such as mold and radon; man-made materials and components such as asbestos and lead-based paint; and defective materials. Learn about the sources of these toxins, their effect on our health, what laws protect us from them and what disclosures real estate professionals have to make.

In addition, learn how to guide your customers in the identification of potentially toxic issues in their homes, how to reduce their exposure, how to test for its presence and extent, and how to remediate the problems so that there are no remaining issues that could affect a successful sale and closing on a property.  

This class is FREE for all VBR Realtor® and Appraiser members. Members will be charged $0 when registering but will be charged a "no-show fee" of $25 for the full class amount if they do not cancel the registration prior to class.
