FlexMLS Trainer Amy Long will be traveling to the VBR for two full-day trainings on Flex MLS. You may register for both days, or choose one that covers the topics you would like extra training on. Breakfast and lunch served.
Monday schedule:
Flexmls Refresher 9-10 a.m. Whether you're a new Flexmls user or someone who just wants to review the basics, this class has something to offer you! We will cover system navigation, the favorites menu, setting your profile information, searching for listings, and working with search results.
Working with Buyers 10-11 a.m. You’ve got a new prospect, so what should your next steps be in Flexmls? How can you create a search for them, set up a subscription to send them automatic listing updates, or invite them to the portal so they can keep track of their favorite listings? How do you know if they’re receiving listing updates or which listings are their favorites? Join us for a look at working with contacts in Flexmls!
Working with Sellers 11 a.m.-12 p.m. Join us for a detailed look at Flexmls features you can use when working with sellers. We'll cover quick comparables, the Full CMA, Reverse Prospecting, Listing Activity Reports and more!
Customizations 1-2 p.m. Join to learn some time-saving tips to customize your own Quick Search Templates, Views, Map Overlays, Dashboards and more!
