Description

This course meets the NEW Fair Housing/ Anti Bias Training requirement for REALTORS® and Appraisers with the National Association of REALTORS®. This is a 2 hour/2 CE credit class. 

The 3-year cycle is January 1, 2025 - December 31, 2027.

During this class, delve into critical fair housing issues and the best ethical practices as a Broker. You'll also hear best practices in fair housing marketing; tactics to interrupt implicit bias; and how to stand up for clients when they face discrimination. 

Per DORA regulations, attendees who are over 10 minutes late may not be admitted for credit.

Colorado Brokers earn 2 CE for attending. Course instructor is Connie Tremblay.

This class will be hosted on-site (Limited classroom depending on any COVID restrictions).
