*This class will be hosted on-site live online. Registrants will receive Zoom info before the class start.  To receive CE credit you MUST have access to a laptop or similar with a camera. Cameras must be on for CE credit.

Realtors earn 1 CE for attending. Your course instructor is Bob Howe of Title Company of the Rockies.

This one hour class with Bob Howe of Title Company of the Rockies covers the Federal Fair Housing Act, including what property types are covered, illegal actions affiliated with protected groups (Disability, Race or Color, National Origin, Religion, Familial Status, or LGBTQ Persons). Bob will also cover appropriate actions for advertising and marketing efforts, enforcement mechanisms and DOJ acting on complaints, State of Colorado enforcement and applicable state law, and the National Association of REALTORS® ACT! program.

This class is FREE for all VBR members (not just Realtors® & Appraisers). Members will be charged $0 when registering but will be charged a "no-show fee" of $25 for the full class amount if they do not cancel the registration prior to class.
