Taught by John Gillam, this is a fun, relevant class in today's world of social media! Perfect for existing Realtors®, it helps you make sure you are up to date with both Colorado requirements and NAR Ethical guidelines.

This 4 CE class meets the Code of Ethics requirement for REALTORS and Appraisers.  Ethics must be completed once every three years. The current cycle is January 1, 2022, through December 31, 2024.

*This class will be hosted on-site (Limited classroom depending on COVID restrictions). A live Zoom option MAY be made available, depending on registration.

Per DORA regulations, attendees who are over 10 minutes late may not be admitted for credit. 

*VBR reserves the right to change how a class is hosted, depending on the needs of the instructor, VBR staff, or any regulations.

This class is FREE for VBR members. Members will be charged $0 when registering but will be charged a "no-show fee" of $25 for the full class amount if they do not cancel the registration prior to class.

HOUSE RULES
Please help us provide a pleasant classroom and event experience by following these rules and recommendations.

If you feel unwell or sick, please stay home and do not attend.  Masks are optional in the classroom. If you choose not to wear a mask, please be mindful of those who do.  At this time, the VBR is limiting our in-person class sizes for safety. 
The heating system has been updated with a Global Plasma System (GPS) air purifying system that kills 99.4% of viruses, including the coronavirus.

No pets except certified service dogsVBR reserves the right to refuse entry for non-certified pets or emotional support animals, or to charge pet fees. Colorado does not provide legal protection or recognition for emotional support animals. We recognize that ESAs play an important role. However, handlers are only legally protected when it comes to housing.

For classes that cost $150 or more, cancellations less than five business days in advance are non-refundable. Providing these classes requires the Vail Board of Realtors® to incur non-refundable expenses such as; printing fees, catering and instructor costs that can’t be refunded.  

Registration for classes is highly recommended as a minimum number of students are required to cost justify each class.  VBR strives to provide quality instructors to ensure memorable learning experiences.  Payment in full is required prior to entering the classroom.
