Description

Your instructor, Connie Tremblay, will discuss key changes to Colorado contracts, including any edits on the buyers' and sellers' sides. Note: This class is currently scheduled for six hours (6 CE). If contract changes are not extensive, it may be reduced to a four-hour (4 CE) class. We will notify registrants ASAP if this is the case.

Per DORA regulations, attendees who are over 10 minutes late may not be admitted for credit.

Colorado Brokers earn 6 CE for attending. Course instructor is Connie Tremblay.

This class will be hosted on-site at the VBR (Limited classroom depending on any COVID restrictions). 

This class is FREE for all VBR Realtor® and Appraiser members. Members will be charged $0 when registering but will be charged a "no-show fee" of $25 for the full class amount if they do not cancel the registration prior to class.
