Instructor Tod Franklin takes the contract and goes through very problematic sections in our speedy market! Many of these issues, if handled improperly, can result in disciplinary actions from the Real Estate Commission, the Association of Realtors®, and the County Court. This engaging class gives students hands-on best practices to avoid these problems.

Per DORA regulations, attendees who are over 10 minutes late may not be admitted for credit.

Realtors earn 3 CE for attending. Course instructor is Tod Franklin.

This class will be hosted on-site (Limited classroom depending on any COVID restrictions). 

This class is FREE for all VBR Realtor® and Appraiser members. Members will be charged $0 when registering but will be charged a "no-show fee" of $25 for the full class amount if they do not cancel the registration prior to class.
