Comprehension of the Contract to Buy & Sell Land - 4 CE

Many brokers take a line-by-line Contract course on a regular basis. However, it’s generally for the Contract to Buy & Sell Residential. This course reviews the CBS Land and corresponding forms. Knowing the difference between the two Contracts and when to use the Land is important. Just because the property has an improvement does not always mean to use the Residential CBS.

Per DORA regulations, attendees who are over 10 minutes late may not be admitted for credit.
