Any CE credits with the state of Colorado for Brokers are pending. The VBR will apply for CE and will let registrants know if the request is accepted, and for how many CE hours.

This course covers defining factors of Smart Growth: Economic, Environmental and Housing. Learn the benefits and long-term effects of this type of development in our local market. Case studies will point out the value, necessity and economic demand of the 10 Principles of Smart Growth as defined by the mixed use of land. You will learn ways real estate professionals can support Smart Growth as an investment in the communities in which they live and serve by improving overall livability.

Your instructor, Nate Johnson is a Realtor® who served as 2024 Vice President of Advocacy for the National Association of REALTORS®. He is President of The Real Estate Solutions Group at Redkey Realty Leaders, a full-service residential group in St. Louis. At the national level, Nate has served on the NAR Board of Directors and held dozens of governance positions.

Nate also holds several designations and certifications:  AHWD®, ABR, C2EX, CIPS, CRS, GRI, PSA, SRES®
