This is a 2 day course. Attendees MUST be in class both days for credit and to qualify for the ABR® Designation.

Colorado brokers receive 12 CE credits. We will also award 8 Vail Pro Designation credits.

Earning your ABR designation

After completing the class, attendees will need to complete the below steps to earn their ABR designation:

• Take one of the NAR ABR elective classes.
• Provide documentation of 5 completed transactions where you acted solely as a buyer representative.
• Must be a member in good standing with NAR.
• Complete the ABR application.

ABR designation elective courses can be taken 3 years prior to taking this course and 3 years after taking this course. To learn which classes qualify as electives, please visit the link below.
