Koch moved to Vail in the ski season of 78-79. Started off selling Time Sharing at the Wren and Apollo Park.

Then Genral R/E at Kelton-Garton and then Bradness Cadmus. His final year in R/E was at the Poste Montaine Lodge during the first years of Beaver Creek. Stared his Mortgage Career with GMAC in the mid 80's.  Currently  a Local Broker representing a number of local and National Mortgage Companies and Banks!  During this time has closed well over $1Billion in local loans...
