The Zoom link (from the WAV Group) will be provided to all VBR REALTORS  before the webinar.Associations and MLS offices across the country are having the same discussion right now.\nAt the National Association of REALTORS ' NXT Conference in November 2025\, the association voted to repeal its longstanding policy requiring REALTOR  membership as a prerequisite for MLS access\, declaring that MLS access is now a matter of local discretion.
