Who Gets the Money? Procuring Cause, Arbitration/Mediation Process and Best Practices. 

This class will be hosted on-site and live on Zoom (Limited classroom depending on COVID restrictions).  Per DORA regulations, attendees who are over 10 minutes late may not be admitted for credit. 

Designated Realtors® (Managing or Owner Brokers) are REQUIRED to complete Procuring Cause training once within a three-year cycle. The current three-year cycle is January 1, 2020 and will end Dec. 31, 2022.

Realtors earn 3 CE for attending. Course instructor is Tod Franklin.

This class is FREE for VBR members. Members will be charged $0 when registering but will be charged a "no-show fee" of $25 for the full class amount if they do not cancel the registration prior to class.

COVID
If you feel unwell or sick, please stay home and do not attend.  Masks are optional in the classroom. If you choose not to wear a mask, please be mindful of those who do.  At this time, the VBR is limiting our in-person class sizes for safety.
