This class will be hosted in the VBR classroom. 

Course covers (but not limited to) the four scary words in inspection: Radon, Mold, Asbestos and Lead. Services provided by Inspectors – above and beyond the 4 scary words. Setting expectations for buyers and sellers. Timelines for an inspection and related tests. 

Followed immediately by a 1 CE radon inspection class (separate CE). As of July 1, 2022, all radon mitigation and testing companies must be licensed by the state. Are you aware of the new regulations?

Open to ALL VBR members, this is a Vail Pro Designation course that earns you 2 Vail Pro credits. It is also certified for 2 CE credits for Realtors® with the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies.
