This class will be hosted in the VBR classroom. 

Course covers (but not limited to) the four scary words in inspection: Radon, Mold, Asbestos and Lead. Services provided by Inspectors – above and beyond the 4 scary words. Setting expectations for buyers and sellers. Timelines for an inspection and related tests. 

Open to ALL VBR members, this is a Vail Pro Designation course that earns you 2 Vail Pro credits. It is also certified for 2 CE credits for Realtors® with the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies.

If you feel unwell or sick, please stay home and do not attend.  Masks are optional in the classroom. If you choose not to wear a mask, please be mindful of those who do.  At this time, the VBR is limiting our in-person class sizes for safety. The heating system has been updated with a Global Plasma System (GPS) air purifying system that kills 99.4% of viruses, including the coronavirus.

No pets except certified service dogs. VBR reserves the right to refuse entry for non-certified pets or emotional support animals, or to charge pet fees. Colorado does not provide legal protection or recognition for emotional support animals. We recognize that ESAs play an important role. However, handlers are only legally protected when it comes to housing.
