MLS Only Application
Dear Applicant,
Thank you for your interest in joining the Vail Board of Realtors® MLS. Please review this application carefully to understand the membership option fully.
Membership procedures:
Submit a complete application and membership fees. Applications are processed within three business days. Applicants for MLS Only Participant shall be granted provisional membership. Applications for MLS participation are granted provisional participation. Provisional participants shall be subject to all the same privileges and obligations of full participation until all requirements have been met. Final Participation Status will be updated upon review of the application by the board of directors and completion of all education requirements.
Application Requirements:
- Submit complete application
- Submit payment either online or if you prefer, receive an invoice an pay by check
- Submit a copy of your Colorado active real estate or appraiser license
- Complete a New Member MLS Training. You must complete the new training within two-course offerings from membership activation.
Designated Realtor®/ Managing Broker - Please Note: Your Designated REALTOR® must be a member in order for Broker Associates/Agents to become members.
DESIGNATED REALTOR®/RESPONSIBLE BROKER: A "Designated REALTOR®" is defined as the sole proprietor, partner, or corporate officer of a real estate or appraisal firm or individual exercising management control of such firm.
To be an MLS Only Participant, all brokers must hold "Full REALTOR® Membership" first. Please include NRDS # in the application.
Are you joining as a New Office as well? If so, after your application is processed, we will be sending a separate New Office invoice of $750. If you are not sure if your office is established here at the VBR, you may call or email us.
