NAR Settlement - 3 CE

Description

You've heard about the NAR settlement. How will it impact how you do business in Colorado? What changes will you need to make to be able to offer high value services? Participants will gain insights into compliance requirements, ethical considerations, and practical strategies to navigate the evolving landscape shaped by the settlement, ensuring professionalism and integrity in their transactions. 

This course with Brieonna Aljets will provide real estate brokers a better understanding of the antitrust lawsuits, the effects of the NAR Settlement and how it impacts brokers in Colorado. Participants will gain an understanding of the antitrust laws and the implications of the NAR Settlement so they can better educate their broker associates.

Per DORA regulations, attendees who are over 10 minutes late may not be admitted for credit.

Brokers earn 3 CE for attending. Course instructor is Brieonna Aljets.

This class will be hosted on-site (Limited classroom depending on any COVID restrictions).
