A 3 CE credit class with instructor and REALTOR® John Gillam.
*This class will be live on Zoom.As our market continues to change and shift, many of us have realized that some of the habits and practices we fell into could create liability if we don’t change to keep up! Working in a market where one offer may be a multiple offer and the next a short sale, it forces us to have to modify how we prepare, present, and advise our buyers and sellers through transactions.
This course will build a higher level of competence in agents understanding our duties and diligences through the contract process to ensure our clients, and therefore we, are doing what we can to avoid future liabilities and for us to be able to stand sure that we are acting within the Ethical standards we’ve subscribed to abide by. Avoiding contract fall out, understanding the reasoning behind WHY we should be running comps on every listing / offer, establishing due diligences that have been overlooked for the past few years (inspection, survey, appraisal, etc.), and what we can do to improve our communication with our consumers to ensure a higher level of informed consent are skills every student should build on in this class!
Per DORA regulations, attendees who are over 10 minutes late may not be admitted for credit.
