The morning includes a breakfast buffet, Affiliate Expo, prizes, and a special presentation. Hear the latest updates from the VBR, VMLS and VBR Foundation Boards.

Being your own boss means wearing two hats: CEO and staff. While most training focuses on executing tasks (staff work), little attention is given to optimizing your own workflow - often leading to frustration and burnout. Take charge and lead by learning how to set standards, eliminate excuses, and maintain morale. This session is for anyone feeling unsatisfied or frustrated at work and ready for some 'wins' in life. 

Tentative Schedule (times are approximate and may change):

8:00 a.m. - Breakfast served. Affiliate Expo starts.

9:10 to 10:00 a.m. - Board of Directors' Updates
10:00 to 11:00 a.m. - Special presenter
