While most training focuses on executing tasks (staff work), little attention is given to optimizing your own workflow - often leading to frustration and burnout. Take charge and lead by learning how to set standards, eliminate excuses, and maintain morale. This session is for anyone feeling unsatisfied or frustrated at work and ready for some 'wins' in life.
