Seller & Buyer Contracts and Relationship Disclosures (Purchase Contracts) - 6 CE

Description

Instructor John Gillam will review sections and changes to the 2025 Purchase Contract (Buyer & Seller) and Relationship Disclosures. The class includes breakfast and lunch. 

This class is meant to offer a more profound understanding for brokers and to help them complete a contract with fewer questions. It will help newer associates have a better understanding of their responsibility and for seasoned brokers to recognize bad habits they may have fallen into to avoid liability in the future.

Per DORA regulations, attendees who are over 10 minutes late may not be admitted for credit.

Colorado Brokers earn 6 CE for attending. Course instructor is John Gillam.

This class will be hosted on-site (Limited classroom depending on any restrictions).

This class is FREE for VBR REALTORS®. Members will be charged $0 when registering but will be charged a "no-show fee" of $25 for the full class amount if they do not cancel the registration prior to class.
