3 CE credits with the state of Colorado for Brokers. You can also earn two (2) Vail Pro Designation hours.
Participants will explore the crucial intersection of diversity, equity, and inclusion. There will also be a discussion about the history and evolution of fair housing laws and how to ensure compliance. Additionally, you will leave with practical strategies for promoting inclusivity and overcoming bias in business. This class empowers you to create more welcoming and diverse environments, ultimately enhancing your effectiveness and success.
Your instructor, Nate Johnson is a Realtor® who served as 2024 Vice President of Advocacy for the National Association of REALTORS®. He is President of The Real Estate Solutions Group at Redkey Realty Leaders, a full-service residential group in St. Louis. At the national level, Nate has served on the NAR Board of Directors and held dozens of governance positions.
Nate also holds several designations and certifications: AHWD®, ABR, C2EX, CIPS, CRS, GRI, PSA, SRES®

REALTOR® (VBR Realtor® & Appraiser) members: This class is FREE. You will be charged $0 when registering. A "no-show fee" of $25 will be applied if you do not cancel the registration prior to class.
Other attendees: A registration fee applies (see registration page). The final day to receive a full reimbursement for canceling is Thursday, September 11.

If you feel unwell or sick, please stay home and do not attend. Masks are optional in the classroom. If you choose not to wear a mask, please be mindful of those who do. At this time, the VBR is limiting our in-person class sizes for safety. The heating system has been updated with a Global Plasma System (GPS) air purifying system that kills 99.4% of viruses, including the coronavirus.
No pets except service dogs. We love dogs, but this is a work environment. VBR reserves the right to refuse entry to animals that are not service animals trained to help someone with a disability. We recognize that Emotional Support Animals play an important role but they do not need to be accepted outside of housing and this is a work and classroom environment. In addition, any animal that causes damage, personal injury or disruption will be asked to leave. By signing up for this class, you are agreeing to these terms. Any liability caused by an animal will be your responsibility. You will be liable for any damage or injury by your dog.
For classes that cost $150 or more, cancellations less than five business days in advance are non-refundable. Providing these classes requires the Vail Board of Realtors® to incur non-refundable expenses such as; printing fees, catering and instructor costs that can’t be refunded.
Registration for classes is highly recommended as a minimum number of students are required to cost justify each class. VBR strives to provide quality instructors to ensure memorable learning experiences. Payment in full is required prior to entering the classroom.
